By using ShunVerified ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using our services.

1. Service Description

ShunVerified provides temporary virtual phone numbers for SMS verification purposes. Our service allows users to:

• Rent temporary phone numbers from multiple countries
• Receive SMS verification codes for supported platforms
• Protect personal phone numbers from unwanted exposure
• Verify accounts on 60+ supported services including WhatsApp, Telegram, Gmail, and more

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Virtual numbers are provided for lawful purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam or unsolicited marketing activities
• Fraudulent activities, scams, or identity theft
• Illegal activities of any kind
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Violating third-party terms of service
• Creating fake or misleading accounts
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international law

3. Account & Credits

Creating an Account:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ShunVerified
• One account per person
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Sharing account credentials is prohibited

Credits System:

• Services are paid for using credits ($1 = 1 credit)
• Most verifications cost $2.00 (2 credits) per number
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Unused credits remain valid indefinitely while your account is active

4. Payments & Deposits

We accept multiple payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Processed via Paystack (instant approval)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT ( approval within 1-3 hours)
• Mobile Money: MTN/Vodafone/AirtelTigo MoMo (instant approval)

Payment Processing:

• Instant approval: Paystack MoMo or credit card payments
• Insatnt approval: Crypto (requires verification)
• Minimum deposit: $3.00
• Credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed

Refund Timeline:

• Timer starts when you rent a number (5 minutes)
• If no code arrives by timer end → automatic refund
• If you manually cancel → instant refund (before code received)
• If code is received → no refund available

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
• SMS delivery for every single number (hence our auto-refund policy)
• Compatibility with all services at all times (some platforms may block virtual numbers)
• Availability of specific country numbers at all times

We maintain 24/7 monitoring and will address issues as quickly as possible.

7. Tier System & Discounts

Our loyalty program rewards frequent users:

• Bronze: Standard pricing (0% discount)
• Silver ($100+ spent): 5% discount on all purchases
• Gold ($500+ spent): 10% discount on all purchases
• Elite ($1,000+ spent): 15% discount + priority support

Tiers are calculated based on lifetime spending and upgrade automatically.

8. Referral Program

Earn credits by inviting friends:

• Share your unique referral link
• Earn 10% of your referrals' first deposit as bonus credits
• No limits on referral earnings
• Credits are instantly added when referrals make their first deposit

9. Data & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• Minimal data collection (email, payment records, usage logs)
• No selling or sharing of personal data with third parties

10. Limitation of Liability

ShunVerified is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Consequences of using virtual numbers (account bans, service denials, etc.)
• Actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts
• Loss of data or access to third-party services
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or errors
• Misuse of our service by other users

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts:

• For violating these Terms and Conditions
• For fraudulent or illegal activities
• For abusing the refund system
• For creating multiple accounts
• At our discretion for any other reason

Terminated accounts forfeit all remaining credits without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be announced via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in Ghanaian courts.
